Together with Head Chef Adrian O’Farrell, they have earned a reputation for producing classical Irish food with a modern twist in an award-winning informal dining room where the watchword is “relaxed”. Organic Burren lamb and beef are the specialties along with freshly caught fish and shellfish from the Atlantic Ocean.
