Situated in the part of Ireland known as The Burren, which overlooks Galway Bay and magnificent limestone mountains, the Haden family play host to one of Ireland's best kept secrets.
Together with Head Chef Adrian O’Farrell, they have earned a reputation for producing classical Irish food with a modern twist in an award-winning informal dining room where the watchword is “relaxed”. Organic Burren lamb and beef are the specialties along with freshly caught fish and shellfish from the Atlantic Ocean.
