Whether you're a daredevil, party planner, glamour goddess or parent of a tweenie, there's something here for you to eat, read or do.
Eat
Want to impress your date? Take them to the Cinnamon Club and order the lamb-based Bollywood Burner, which the restaurant hopes will be confirmed as the world's hottest curry. It comes with a disclaimer that you have to sign, and is not on the menu for safety reasons. Diners report feeling light-headed, and having their heart rates double. Sounds cool, huh.
Drink
The Southbank gets even better with the opening of The Deck on top of the National Theatre. It's only available for private hire (80 for dinner, 100 for a party), but given the amazing location, we're pretty sure it should go in your mental Rolodex for a perfect spot for a cool party.
Escape
Let's face it: surfers are cool. Whether in LA, Hawaii or the cold UK, we love their toned upper bodies, freckled noses and sun-bleached hair. So if your cool-factor is lacking, call Curl Curl Surf and head out for a surfing weekend in Devon. You can join a group or put together a group, and they handle all of the details (including teaching you). And once you're back, you can honestly report that what you did last weekend was, "Not much, just went surfing..."

Got a son or daughter aged 8-12? Yes, a tweenie. As you may have noticed, they're growing up quicker than ever before - and are even reaching puberty faster than you or your parents did, largely because of pressure to be cool. TV production company, Betty, is looking for some parents who want to talk about this social phenomenon and what's causing it. For more information, get in touch with nonie@betty.co.uk.

If you're one who skims the glossies until you get to the beauty pages, this one's for you. The Beauty Pages is all about the goods - what's coming, what's good, how to use it and how it rates. They even include info on spas and salons, as well as info on new trends (like the cleavage facial - who knew how cool that was?).
