This competition involves six things we love independently: gorgeous handbags, vouchers, Anya Hindmarch, the Bowery, SheerLuxe.com and my-wardrobe.com. And the sum of its parts? The winner set for spring.
After all, with this Anya Hindmarch handbag on your arm and £1000 to spend on my-wardrobe.com, how could you not be ready for whatever the season might bring?
To enter, you just need to click here.
Unfortunately, as writers for Here Is The City, we are not eligible to enter. So as advised by Julie Andrews in The Sound of Music (the original Maria, NOT the reality TV version), we'll simply remember our favourite things. As stated above:
Gorgeous Handbags
We love our mum's Pucci evening bag from the '70s, our original Kate Spade bag, our quickly-wearing-out Anya Hindmarch "I'm not a plastic bag" bag, and a recently-acquired Prada tote that has already paid for itself.
Vouchers
Actually no, strike this from the list. We never have enough vouchers.
Anya Hindmarch
Every since we first saw an AH bag (in New York City - our friend was carrying a quaint little bag showing a family leaving their private plane) we've been following her career, and still consider our British Airway's amenity kit to be one of the best upgrade perks ever.
The Bowery
We love that it used to be so seedy. Love that it houses a maze of back alley (but totally reputable) diamond dealers. Love that we can still see such great shows at the Bowery Ballroom. And love that we can now properly immerse ourselves by staying at the Bowery Hotel.
SheerLuxe.com
Love that they summarise what we need so well with their Editor's Picks and - let's face it - help support our shopping habit once in a while.
my-wardrobe.com
We love the daily updates on the blog, because we need someone to weed through it all for us.
And now that spring has sprung, we need this for our garden as well.
SheerLuxe.com, could you please provide that in your next competition?

Madame A and Madame B live in penthouses down the hall from each other not far from The Square Mile. One works for an American bank, one is
just an American. Both require their identities to be secret for a
variety of reasons, but mostly because they'd like to stay out of hot
water with their partners and bank managers.
