You're lining up the ball in front of a roaring crowd and giant rugby posts loom before you. Three points stand between defeat and victory and it's up to you to make that winning kick. As the pressure mounts, you take two steps back, two to the side...
...crouch and clench your fists together and hope for the best.

Thanks to The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS), the title sponsor of the RBS 6 Nations rugby Championship, this could well be you.

But as you are probably not quite ready for the glorious green of fortress Twickenham just yet, RBS is giving you the chance to test out your kicking skills right here in the heart of the City instead.

On Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 February, between 11am and 4pm, Kick for an RBS 6 Nations Ticket is coming to Finsbury Avenue Square in Broadgate. As RBS are an Official Partner of Sport Relief 2008, this UK-wide roadshow has been raising money across the country since January, by transforming city-centres into giant inflatable rugby-kicking arenas, offering fans the chance to meet their rugby heroes and win RBS 6 Nations match tickets.

On Wednesday, between 12pm and 2pm, Harlequins star and England international David Strettle will be down at the event, offering his best coaching tips to all rugby fans who step up to kick. Stretts will be joined by retired legends of the game, Jason Leonard and Keith Wood, who will also be on hand to help London kick for an RBS 6 Nations Ticket.

As well as meeting these top internationals, a whole bunch of RBS 6 Nations prizes can be won. The very best kickers can win themselves rugby shirts and England RBS 6 Nations match tickets - for England v Ireland on the final weekend, as well as a weekend in Edinburgh to see England take on Scotland at Murrayfield on 8 March. And if you haven't quite honed those kicking skills by the end of it, win or lose, everyone that enters goes home with an official RBS 6 Nations mini rugby ball.

As it's half-term week, you can bring the kids along. On Thursday, Kick for a Ticket will include fun for all the family with face-painters, fun photography and music from the big stage.

What's more, by taking part everyone can use their passion for sport to help raise money for Sport Relief to help vulnerable people living incredibly tough lives both at home in the UK and in the world's poorest countries.

Can't make it to London? If you happen to be taking some trips north of the border in the next couple of weeks, come and Kick for a Ticket in Scotland instead at the final two roadshow dates:

Friday 29 February & Saturday 1 March
Glasgow: George Square

Thursday 6 & Friday 7 March
Edinburgh: Festival Square

So whether you're wanting a well-earned break from the office, or looking for something to keep the kids entertained, come on down and Kick for a Ticket!

RBS is proud to be an Official Partner of Sport Relief 2008 and there will be an opportunity to donate at every city centre event. Alternatively visit www.rbs.com/rugby to find out more about the partnership and to donate online.
